White Oak Closet (Phase One & Two)

This is for a whole closet unit in White Oak. This will be on the right side of the space. This quote is for the right side closet unit only, not for any work on the opposite wall.

What is not included in this quote:

-drawers, drawer pulls

- marble cabinet tops on the lower left and right sets of shelves / drawers 

Width: 10’ / 120”

Depth: 22”

Height: 8’ / 96”

The work will be done in three to four "phases" (pictured). Each phase will conclude with a structurally usable unit, ready for guests.

The goal will be to finish the entire thing ahead of schedule, but this a guideline for minimum completions. 

Timeline: in phases, pictured

Phase one: 21 days from deposit (e.g. deposit on June 6 = completion by June 27) 

Phase two: 28 days from deposit

Wood Materials: 

Visible Elements: Solid Oregon White Oak 

Non-Visible Internal Structure: baltic birch plywood

Hardware: 

-brass closet rods

Finish: 

natural Rubio Monocoat Wax finish. 

phase three will be done in a separate quote

50% deposit preferred to begin work.

I am offering an additional optional breakdown for one 25% deposit to begin phase one, followed by another 25% deposit collected to begin phase two. 

50% deposit: 3350

25% deposit one: 1675

25% deposit two: 1675

Remainder due on completion.
